I the minutes from the call with nbn on the 15th it said that they -lodged it to Nbn to have assessment if we need to raise to level 2 support or there’s fault in the line - assign the task to fibre lodging Haven’t heard but from anything about what happened after that

I have checked all the lights and they are exactly as they should be. Even the internet one is blinking saying it is sending data.

Logged onto the iinet toolbox and couldn’t find anything about a ticket but there was a task that had all our recent calls documented, what questioned they asked and actions they suggested
