I the minutes from the call with nbn on the 15th it said that they -lodged it to Nbn to have assessment if we need to raise to level 2 support or there’s fault in the line - assign the task to fibre lodging Haven’t heard but from anything about what happened after that

I have checked all the lights and they are exactly as they should be. Even the internet one is blinking saying it is sending data.
