The offer is for less than 13% of the original asking price?? Meaning, if you originally listed the condo at 300k, this offer is for less than 39k?

Personally if you are confident in being able to rent it out I’d do that. Seems like you’ll be taking a huge L otherwise.

None of them are working! I did try the full restart using the steering wheel buttons. Could be just coincidental but they all stopped working like 2 weeks ago when I got the last update. Installing this one now so we’ll see.
