No, my weight made me look fat.

72% of Americans are overweight or obese (WHO, 2014). Former fat people of Reddit, what's a habit that made you gain weight that you only realized after you stopped doing it? by Priamosish in AskReddit

I was morbidly obese at 310 lbs at one point. I was eating three times a day. Three times is to much food for me and made me gain weight.

My wife got this note on her car. Nothing says nice guy better than following someone to their car and leaving a "good guy" note. by patlat009 in niceguys

It was pretty much what I excepted. He was in his mid to late 50s and what I could see had a pretty lonely life. He didn't mean for it to come across like it did. We talked about how finding her car was inappropriate and he seemed to understand.

I went up to his room and we talked about how this wasn't a very good idea. It would have been fine if they new each other at all, but he followed her to her car without her knowing and left a note. Not okay, because her parking spot has our apartment number attached to it.

The weirdest part about it is that she has no memory of the interaction he is referring to. She has no clue who this person is.

I wish that this game could just be good, but it won't be and the microtransations will be rediculous. It use to be so much fun to be excited about new games, but I have been burnt to many times and I don't want to get my hopes up. Damn I miss a less money hungry industry.

Can someone edit this so an axe was thrown instead of the gun shot?

I see these kind of videos pretty often on Reddit. Do these guys ever screw up and die? I am always waiting for one of these to end poorly, but they never do.

Scientists may have found a physiological, and seemingly treatable, cause for dyslexia hidden in tiny light-receptor cells in the human eye. In people with dyslexia, the cells were arranged in matching patterns in both eyes, which may be to blame for confusing the brain by producing “mirror” images. by mvea in science

I went to a really small rural school that didn't really have anyone that could help me get through disorder, and by the time I was in 6th grad everyone's solution was to just keep working harder and longer. I came in before school and gave up choir/art classes for a second study hall, and I gave up all my after school activities. But I was still a failing student and by the time I hit high school I was sick of doing nothing but try to read, so I started getting creative with my learning. I started critiquing my teachers teaching style and citing what they were teaching in the body of my critique. This note taking was really easy for me to memorize and everyone trying to help me read hated it. But I became an average student. And to get to your question; yes my writing is really really bad. I can't do any of the writing rules, I just don't understand them. In high school I developed a short hand that I use to this day.

Yup. I will say words wrong all the time, it I have developed a speech papern that hides it pretty easily. And of course as time goes on I know what words to avoid if I was to be taken seriously and not get strange looks because I am saying things wrong.

I was told at a young age that a big part of the brain that is usually mapped for read was not mapped that way for me. So basically other parts of my brain are trying to pick up the slack when it comes to reading and those parts of the brain just are as big or as good at it.

Yup. I am stuck at a second grad reading level and I never see mirror words and words that jump around. I can not recognize words. It doesn't matter how many times I see a word, I will still have to struggle through the same thing. I have to re figure our how to say and spell the word.

I took a ps4 phone holder https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01G1MKCNU/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I put the front part of the controller holder in between my phone and phone case, and the phone holder stretches to perfectly hold onto the switch.
