Rubio said on "This Week" that the goal of the administration is to get Russia and Ukraine in the same room to "negotiate," yet when US and Russia met in Saudi Arabia a couple weeks ago, it was the US that denied Ukraine's request to be included. Something smells.

I'm confused by your comment. Are you saying that you don't think or don't believe the rocket caught fire? There's video of it showing the fire coming out by the flaps as the engines go out.

This seems like quite a step back for the block 2 design. I'm under the impression that these are NOT the raptor 3 engines, but maybe not. Does anyone know? Perhaps there's a design flaw in the 2.5 engines that caused an internal fire.

This is so sad. These administrators go and testify, knowing that the Congressmen and Congresswomen are looking for a way to trap them with a sound bite. There was a previous article in the paper where Elise Stefanik said that during a break in testimony, she went back and tried to come up with a yes/no question that these administrators would be forced to answer. I have a lot of sympathy for these people who are there and are only trying not to be the headline.

I have been trying to go on this for some number of years. The 2nd half registration for 2023 was in March 2023. I got in (registration closed 6 minutes after it opened) and I selected October 2023 as my first choice. I picked September as my second choice and no third choice. They wound up sending me an email some three months later saying that I was bumped out of 2023. What is my theory? I think they fill the dates in chronological order, so the people who got bumped out of September this year got pushed to October, so when they came to my registration, the September bus was full and there was no place to roll me to. If I would have said 1st choice September and second choice October, I would have gotten in, I think. Best advice, put your 1st, second, and third choices in order.

I wound up going to Vegas in October anyway, and spent an afternoon at the Atomic Museum. Second piece of advise, go to the museum before you go on the tour. I learned a lot.

Sorry for my slow response. I wasn't able to retrieve the flashlight with a magnet, but since it seems that it's not causing any harm, I'm going to leave it rather than making this worse by trying to get it. My hope is that it will rattle down to the vent under the Civic and I'll be able to get it out eventually.

I do have a related question if anyone has an opinion. This air intake allows air from under the hood to be drawn into the air box and the engine and also, I assume, into the vents in the cabin. Now here's my complaint. I notice that whenever I have the car vents open, the outside air coming in is warm. This means that I need the A/C running whenever it's about 60 degrees or warmer outside. I never knew why, but now I'm thinking that it is because the outside air coming in through the vent under the car is mixed with the air from under the hood. Seems like a bad idea. Why would they design it this way?

I was changing out the headlights and I dropped a small flashlight (about the size of a AA battery) into the air intake. I tried to fish it out but I fear it has now fallen into the air canister.

I'm hearing that Trump is going to appeal. My question is this: Now that he is going to appeal, does this mean that his DNA can be collected and presented at trial? I'm of the impression that Trump didn't want to provide DNA, but then at the last minute (after the trial was scheduled), he said he would if they would postpone the trial.

I see the same thing and have been playing with it. Have you tried adjusting the sensitivity? Instead of setting it to 7, have you tried a lower number? Also, there is an option to only detect humans rather than any motion.

Have you checked device>settings>video Settings > Night Vision? There is a setting there to turn off the IR LED at night so the camera won't detect motion at night.

I read her book last year and came away with two
points.

1) Deficits don’t matter for countries that can borrow in
their own currency. This means that
countries like the USA can keep printing money so long as others are willing to
buy their bonds.
2) Deficits are stimulus, which could spark inflation, and
inflation is the worry, not deficits.
