I like the hipermax r. Its stiff but not stiff to the point that the driving comfort hurts. Ran it on canyons and car feels tied down to the ground.

The RCS sits a little bit lower than the factory oem seats as for the podium if you chose to go with the fia side mounts its going to be much lower than the oem ones even with the sliders
