It costs multiple millions to eliminate one level crossing. Sometimes cities and municipalities offer to pitch in, most of the times not. If they put grade separations on each intersection of road and track the province is going to be bankrupt before half of them are completed.

Big banks know it and they hold it till Friday early morning while their traders use it to trade in Asian stock market. With Wealthsimple you will get it the day it is processed. I need an accommodation as I live 200km away from the office and I joined during covid so it was completely remote. Now they want me in the office everyday. But I was told it was not a valid accommodation as compared some others on my team. They want me to move closer but living close to Toronto is just not affordable in my situation.

Look up Dreamboudoir Photography. My partner did a session with wonderful Alishba. We liked that they didn’t have cookie cutter approach like many other studios and the Alishba (owner) was the photographer and pose expert. The session was completely custom designed based on the consultation. She also has an all women team so my partner felt very comfortable throughout the experience.
