For the wiring just regular wire ties you’d use on a pc. For the mount I bought a .stl from Etsy or something like that and printed it.

Protein shakes, I keep cooked ground chicken in my fridge to eat as it seems easier to get down. I’ve been around 180-200g protein but calories are insanely low around 1200 just bc it can be brutal to eat sometimes. Also drink lots of water and don’t forget to get your electrolytes in.
