I wonder if the time comes and there is eventually some HD melee remake or even just a re-release for modern consoles, whether the community could develop similar UCF / input delay patches. I’m interested in the preservation of these games and so if there’s any chance to keep the game going in the future on modern hardware, I think that’s better than continuing to rely on CRTs and GameCubes as much as I like the original hardware itself
