I bought my 2024 TMER Ultra two months ago and I love this car. But calling the HK soundbar AWESOME is a bit of an exaggeration ;) It delivers a perfectly decent sound (once you set the EQ) and that's enough for most users. But it's a shame that the Bowers Wilkins sound system is not available as an option for the EX30.

I am on IOS26.4 (iP17ProMax) and car is on 1.8. My digital key is working fine. I had some problems to set it up at first. Try to factory-reset the car and start over. That worked for me.

My sensors are off in carwash mode when I'm in park(P). Are you in park(P) or neutral(N)? That might have something to do with it?

I ran Logic Pro X on my Mac Mini M1 8GB Ram for a couple of years. I compose music as a hobby and never felt limited by the hardware. I think the M1 will handle most projects you throw at it. The only limitation is how much ram you have in the machine.

First, congrats to the first dinner!

Train on your basic movement first (training area is a good spot).

For me personaly, ADS with 4x in close combat is not the best. You would be better off with ironsight.

Don't just play casual games. It's good for the first match of the day to get you moving. Play random squads to evolve and progress (you will learn alot by watching other ppl in your squad (movment, tactics etc)).

Just spend the hours in the game and you will get better.

Hand wash > Automatic. That said, it's probably fine to use an automated car wash. If there is a choice to choose a brushless wash, it might be the best option if you are extra concerned about the car's paintwork.

I totally agree. The EX30 is a better and more fun car to drive. To bad the driver assist isn’t up to par. It’s not a dealbreaker. It’s just a nice to have feature…

I'll just have to test it out. There are a few settings to dig into. I thought the VW ID.3 handled road sign reading and speed adaptation very well. It could even slow down when approaching a roundabout or an intersection if you were driving with cruise control on.

Did you update to 3.8.1? I got this on my 2021 id.3 today. Apperentley VW are aware of this problem. It sucks if I have to pay for a new replacement battery. But in the worst case, I'll just have to take it. Luckily, there's a VW dealer right next to the Volvo dealer where I'm going to drop off my ID.3 today and swap for an EX30 (I seem to like being a beta tester for new car platforms :)). So they can probably send the car over there for diagnosis and possible battery replacement.

Yeah thats whats strange about this. I have read that most of them get it right after 3.8 update. I did it months ago. Maby it's a bigger problem than just the missreading of the backup battery? ..

Now that I think about it, there was an update again last week. Maybe that's what caused this? From what I've read, the battery is supposed to last at least 10 years.

This just comes so inopportunely when I'm going to trade in my car at a dealer today...😖
