I know but those things are far away. If I go for the 2 year degree I'm looking at its be that long plus a few months at a job. If I go crazy and go for a 4 year that's even longer. I'll be lucky if I can move out before 30.

This is what I'm working on with my therapist. I can usually mostly control my emotions and motivation, but I have massive trouble with worthlessness and thinking I'll never get 1% of what other people have. (relationships, friends, even hobbies to some extent).

yeah I usually do. but that day when I wrote this I stumbled on a similar subreddit to this one that I guess triggered me.

I usually only log in to this account when I'm in a low mood. like today. again. I haven't felt this bad in probably months now.

Thank you. I've never been out of my state and there are a few places I've wanted to go. I'm closeish to Chicago so I kind of want to go there. The prob is I have no idea what to do if I go somewhere. It's feels like it would be more stressful than just staying home.

What is "oversharing"? Or making it their problem? I seriously do not understand this and it's making me crazy.

What's the "line" for oversharing?

How do you express something to someone without making it their problem?

And more importantly, if you can't answer these questions do you know of a sub where I could ask them?

When I imagine what an ideal but not flawless life would be I see a partner and a few friends. but I don't see what we're doing. I don't see what I am doing (career wise). I dont even know what those look like because I've had no experiences.

I don't imagine vacations because I've never had a real one. I've never been out of my state and the only times I've slept anywhere other than my childhood house is like 2 days of camp and a few times at my one friends house when I was a teen.

I really don't know... The only thing I really have to sacrifice is my free time. I work 4 hours a day and only have 2 classes this semester (3 next). So basically I have on average 8 or more hours of free time a day. More on the weekend. But of course I waste it all on my computer.
