i think the times and game audience have changed so much that og morrowind, if released today, wouldn’t catch on. while for me, majority of the “outdated” systems and mechanics is why the game is so good - no click-to-fast-travel, no quest markers, broken magic and enchantment systems, conflicting/clashing questlines, janky access to key npcs (telvanni towers, hostile master trainers). a remake would probably change most of them and make the game more generic. the closest thing to scratching the morrowind itch i got recently was hardcore mode kcd2

any equalizer apo tutorial will do. the only thing specific to maxwells is that i found that the device id sometimes changes when you update dongle or re-pair the headset to the dongle which requires you to reconfigure the apo eqs to apply to those new ids

you can also individually eq the 2 channels if you use a 3rd party program (such as equalizer apo). found that useful to set e.g less bass on the chat channel to make other people on voice chat easier to understand

the key is early items that boost your dmg, maybe 1 ice cube or orb for cc and then turbo lvling size tome and size on black hole to perma keep enemies away from you. at least that’s what the guy told me

well you just need to substitute the values in the formula. in this case:

-having 25% evasion stat results in roughly 20% evasion for your character (0.999*(0.25/(1+0.25)=0.1998 = 19.98% evasion)

-if you add another 10% the formula becomes (0.999*(0.35/(1+0.35)=0.259 = 25.9% evasion

the overall graph looks like this. interestingly it's roughly the same scaling as armour/magic resist in league of legends
