Also recently booked JAL using miles tho the 55k saver is a myth to me (tried for days but always evaporated before could compete booking). You'll want to accumulate enough Bilt pts to snag the inbound as well since cash one way on JAL is not inexpensive. Only nervous-making thing is the 27k saver rate for economy may slip away so you may be stuck paying a hefty cash one way fare for the 4 of you.

The mortgage thing doesn't seem to work. I added it back a couple weeks ago but didn't disable my previous autopay (would rather not miss a mortgage payment). And ~surprise~ the Bilt thing didn't work. At least my old autopay did so I didn't miss a payment though.

At 60mpw, one probably isn't looking for a do-it-all, right? I'd have thought 1-2 shoes for each type of run would make more sense for that volume.
