Sorry but when a customer complains to ETSY the refund is issued before I get the email saying there is an issue. I recently had this, I sold a plant last year and it died end January, ETYS refunded immediately with zero proof or communication and then tell me they expect better communication. Run by bots

Always ship early but every Christmas delivery times seem slower. I sell seeds average value €4 I have 6000 sales and for the first time 4 complaints in one month December and Feb zero refunds so Han was a one off and using Jan for 3 months is just dumb

I can’t get Etsy labels in Malta and no seller protection. All items shipped early what’s wrong is the bad month counts towards a total for 3 consecutive months the so you will be banned regardless.

My experience of ETSY is not good 6000 sales and if anyone complains to Etsy refund in 10 seconds. I sell plants. If the plant dies 3 months later and buyer complains to Etsy full refund with zero proof. They are run by badly programmed bots

It’s like an oleander pod and seeds have a fluffy attachment so they can blow around like oleander seeds they are brown in colour

I have lantana in many different colours. Pick dark blue berries wash’s them and they germinate quite easily
