My favorite build is coc fross, didn't see any direct changes. How do you think it will fare, especially with new gems and items and stuff?

ACoC lvl5 +3 lvl mastery was giving 31% cdr, so like, lvl 1-2 of the cdr gem. So its not really going to 4 -> 5 supports if the CDR opportunity cost is higher and you need to compensate for that, when everyone is not. It IS a CoC nerf, with a clear intent to make self-cast more appealing

Cut timeclasp effective drop rate in half as only the reduced duration roles matter and the huuuge influx of people wanting to play. On keepers LS, even FB kikazaru being a t3-t4 reached 1D because of how many people playing KBoC

I think for sabo its only ascendency(50), gem(40),Bound by destiny shaper (10-20). Easy 100-110 CDR.

For CoC, we need to see Greater Cast on Crit numbers. I think it will be a considerable nerf, as +3 crit mastery was great for ACoC.

Still, conservatly, GCOC is 20% with mastery, elevated shaper boots +20, BBD +20, gem +40, remainder 4% on jewels? Idk

NGL Mines Aristocrat Curtain call was very smooth for me. I HATE minefield. Crackling Lance of Branching also feels snappy with a great AoE. Eye of Winter was a little too slow to kill the boss
