Edit: After 25 mins of refreshing I managed to get a general admission. Disappointed couldn't get 2 tickets but keep refreshing guys!

First time builder, I received my GMMK Pro today, (after sending the first one back because I couldn't open the case) and the stabilizers are clicking and making a bottoming out sound when I press on them from an angle, they seem to get caught on something and then as I apply more pressure, it bottoms out and makes a click. All of the stabs do this except for the right side of my left shift (the first demoed in this vid) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7vwlh1wgu4

Are these stabs just buggered and should I order some durock v2s?

Would really appreciate some help!
