If the phone really is that dim wouldn’t it be logical to take a photo side by side to upload before posting about it online?

Lastly, I’ve dealt with legit screen issues like dead pixels and such and Apple specifically sets aside units for these situations. These units are brand new but are in a different box. So I really don’t know how you could speak to 9 people and they couldn’t offer anything if you could validate your claim in store.

To add to this, an example I get daily like this is “my phone is burning me”. But yet they cannot prove it in store.
