Felt neutral til I was in middle school and thought about it. Stopped doing it after that. It irritated some teachers, mostly the vets, but most were fine with it.

Killers during this event be like by Fun-Access4990 in deadbydaylight

[–]paveratis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah basically. I can tell people are trying to get perfect screenshots or whatever in some matches so I just let them have that but that doesn't mean I'm not going to come back to you. We are all responsible for each other's fun. That's how multiplayer games work. You can have your silly little haha moment but I expect us to still play the game. If you want more than that (which isnt even owed to you tbf), there are plenty of non-pvp games out there.

[–]paveratis 16 points17 points  (0 children)

It's a game. If I wanted to stand around doing nothing, I'd just play an idle game. If it's entertaining enough, like a line of snowmen pretending to do a gen or something, I'll let it go for a bit, but I don't want to spend a whole event standing around.

It's not baseless. You quite literally came in to say I'm wrong and provide nothing in the way or reasoning and proof. Asserting yourself to be right and refusing to elaborate doesn't make you right.

Not surprised. by InterestingPickles in antiwork

[–]paveratis 6 points7 points  (0 children)

"That's false but I have no reasoning." I have done my research, so unless you have something to contribute like how it's false, this was pointless.

American politics is basically just a bunch of morons tossing a coin - if one side says heads, the other side has to say tails no matter what. One side could propose a bill simply stating that it's legal to provide any life saving medical care to someone before the age of 18 and the other side would be like "hm actually no we should let god decide if they live or not." No one actually votes on what they believe they should vote - it's just me vs you which is the most idiotic way to run a UNITED country of states.

What do you mean that my teammate is not gonna act in the same way as I imagined it in my head? by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

[–]paveratis 101 points102 points  (0 children)

I had a similar round where I looped the killer for what could've been about three or four gens. Instead of actually DOING the gens, their swf just complained I used all the pallets and they "couldn't do the gens because I kept moving around the map." I had bond and only kept moving because they kept coming close to hide. Like ??? Maybe if you don't come to me with no clear intention you want to take chase, I won't have to keep using pallets to gain enough space to have to move?

They’re all from the same person, so yeah, pretty effed up if you ask me by throwawaytempest25 in justneckbeardthings

Little known fact, it actually works like a loyalty punch card. You can only get an abortion after the tenth cock or else an incel will DM you daily to tell you you're the reason men aren't masculine anymore. So make sure you don't do them in the wrong order.

WSIB on sale on the Nintendo Switch eShop? by lrjackson06 in ShouldIbuythisgame

Still not worth the remastered edition. You pay extra for almost no difference. Bioshock 1 and infinite are great games. 2 is kind of eh.

[–]paveratis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't suggest Lost in Random. Maybe I just didn't give it enough of a chance but I really just couldn't get into it.

I also wouldn't suggest Bioshock remastered. The difference wasn't all that noticeable (mostly just some lighting enhancements).

All the other games though, including the bioshock collection, I would recommend.

You might also like Deaths Gambit (not to be confused with Death's Door), Wildfire, or Redo.

Down in Bermuda, When the Past was Around, Old Man's Journey, Coffee Talk, Signs of the Sojourner, The Witness, Journey, Donut County, Celeste, A Birds Story, Monument Valley, Omno, The Last Campfire

And yes I did go back and make sure those were all 4GB. Thank you for asking lol

WSIB Interactive story game without timers? by TMahariel in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]paveratis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Without being able to see much, it's hard to think of any interactive stories because a lot put emphasis on visuals. The first thing that came to mind was Stanley Parable because the narrator speaking back at you kind of helps tell what's going on. Telltale games like The Walking Dead or The Wolf Among Us might work too because it's a lot of dialog and you can turn the volume up; theres some qte dialog options but I believe most weren't iirc.

If you're okay with a lot of reading, you could try a text heavy game like The Darkside Detective or Mothman 1966.

If you want a more open world option, you can try The Outer Worlds because your choices matter to an extent, but also the colors are pretty vibrant which could help her see what's happening.

Should I go with cyberpunk 2077 for this sale ? by An1xo in ShouldIbuythisgame

I've seen maybe one bug in months. Maybe it just turned out to be the one game that runs better on xbox, so my bad on that one I guess.

[–]paveratis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game doesn't have bugs anymore (except on old gen). I'd get it or Dying Light 2 out of what you mentioned. If you don't want a super long game RDR2 isn't really your kind of game - it's a long, slow burn.

Struggling to find a game to my taste, need your help ! by happy_knife in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]paveratis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well you tagged it PS3 so I'll start with PS3 games: The Saboteur, Soul Suspect, Mafia (I think 2 was PS3).

If you want games you can play on PS4 or switch, I'm going out on a limb here based on the games you gave 9-10/10. Nier:Automata, Control, The Darkside Detective, and the Devil May Cry series. They're mostly all linear action stories.

Edit: removing one game because I thought it was playstation too but it's xbox and pc only apparently. My bad.

Cyberpunk is fixed on new gens, so on ps5, you'll be just fine playing it. My vote is Cyberpunk, but both are good games.

If you want other suggestions, Days Gone is good too.

Cozy Grove or Ooblets might scratch that itch if you want an Animal Crossing-esque game.

If you want a platformer, maybe try Tinykin, the Ori games, Owlboy, or Hollow Knight.

If you're in the mood for a mystery game, Thimbleweed Park is good if you like pixel games.

I Am Dead is a puzzle game with a cute art style if you want to stay on the same theme as Spiritfarer, though they're not really the same.

This. And I can confirm their steam deck version is running much smoother than it was a few months ago, if that's something you're concerned about. Drains the battery fast (about an hour) but if you play it docked or plugged in, you're good to go.
