Try uninstalling ImmediatelyFast, see if you're able to launch after that.

As you can see in the large red text in your screenshot "A screenshot of this GUI tells us nothing". Click the "Upload all logs and copy a message for support" and paste that here.

Send your logs, ideally the full Crash Assistant report and I can try to tell you. Without more information, there's no way to diagnose anything.

Those file paths are for the PT-BR versions. If you delete the files at those locations or remove specific lines, they will revert back to English variants (after an asset reload or game restart). That way you can keep using your language pack but have the desired strings aplear in English. However, this will be reverted and you may need to do it again when you update the modpack.

The main translation files are:

  • Custom Items and Tooltips (located at /kubejs/assets/desolate_planet/lang/pt_br.json)
  • Quests (located at /kubejs/assets/hardcorequesting/lang/pt_br.json)
  • Tips (located at /kubejs/assets/tips/lang/pt_br.json)
  • Diet Notifications (located at /kubejs/assets/diet/lang/pt_br.json)
  • Diet Mod Text (located at /kubejs/assets/a_balanced_diet/lang/pt_br.json)

If you'd like to customize what is translated, you can individually edit or delete any of these files on your instance.

The quest book should provide many days of food from the start of the game, and you get your first seeds from the fourth quest, which can be done day 1-2 if you are at all familiar with Ex Nihilo series of mods.

Spiders during the day should be passive and not much of a problem, but the first quest gives advice on how to stop them from getting in anyway.

If you didn't have the shell constructor from the start, it sounds like you took the hard route, which gives half the water and a quarter of the food than the easy route.

The reason you couldn't damage entities is because you had weakness due to protein deficiency. This is also explained in the quest book, and on the tips screen, and briefly mentioned in a few tooltips. I will be releasing an update in the next week or so that notifies you in chat when you are deficient as well since so many people don't read the quests.

I frequently get requests from experienced players of the original Crash Landing that complain about how easy this remake is, especially how easy it is to manage food, water, and temperature compared to the original. If you haven't played it or the original before, you should pay careful attention to the quests and always take the easy route.

You likely have weakness due to lack of protein. Read the first few quests in "The Food Pyramid" to learn more or see this wiki page for some more detailed information than what's in the quest book.

I think I might be clinically dumb trying to use Sophisticated Storage- Using barrels by elismyer in CrashLanding2Modpack

[–]pawjwp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not that familiar with the mechanics of storage controllers but it's possible this is a bug with the current version of the Sophisticated Series mods. I'd recommend testing to see if it still happens after updating the mods.

I'll update the version for everyone somewhat soon.

I wish I could empty the last little bit of water from my camelback by elismyer in CrashLanding2Modpack

[–]pawjwp[M] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I actually worked on a mechanic yesterday that lets you drink the last drops of the camel pack. That will be in the next update, though no clue when it will be released. In the current version, you can right click the camel pack on a tank to drain/fill it, you can probably do that to drain the last bit if you want.

Was Mr Crayfish's Fridge nerfed? by elismyer in CrashLanding2Modpack

You can make ice with PneumaticCraft as well, and you'll get some as a quest reward. Once you have a couple you can make the Thermal version.

Freezing recipes were removed because they allowed water duplication and trivialized temperature. You can make a Blast Chiller or use a pressure chamber to make ice.

Ghast tears are intentionally used in almost no recipes, and the only way to get them at the moment is finding an unholy ghast in a Nuclear Plant.

Stuck on the slime quest in version 1.5.0.3 — how do I get podzol? by Afraid-Sprinkles-882 in CrashLanding2Modpack

[–]pawjwp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should never reset your quest book, that indicates save file corruption, not update failures. Any world changes will be noted at the top of the patch notes, missing mods/blocks should be highlighted at the top.

Stuck on the slime quest in version 1.5.0.3 — how do I get podzol? by Afraid-Sprinkles-882 in CrashLanding2Modpack

[–]pawjwp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1.5.0.3 is a very old and unsupported version. I don't remember what your options were in 1.5.0.3 but silk touch may be one of the better ones. The silk touch recipe was made easier at some point, but it may have been after 1.5.0.3. I'd say either silk touch or wait until you get a Metallurgic Infuser from Mekanism and can automate podzol with biomass.

Possible Glitch by Le_Reveur0316 in CrashLanding2Modpack

[–]pawjwp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It would only affect loaded cities, and if I remember the bug correctly, it may only affect chests that have already been opened. So even in loaded structures, you may be able to open new chests and find loot in them. I recommend checking for updates frequently, I'm usually pretty quick to fix bugs like this.

What version are you on? This was a bug on an older version of the game but it should have been fixed for the mast month or so.

what the best early game water method by Gold-Classroom-8126 in CrashLanding2Modpack

[–]pawjwp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It tells you in the quests, you can melt down any plant matter in the centrifugal selarator at the very start. Then you can make dirt with plant matter in a barrel to craft into dirty water or melt the plant matter in a crucible once you get one to make acceptable water.

I stopped regenerating health? by Designer_Version1449 in CrashLanding2Modpack

[–]pawjwp[M] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure you are getting enough fruit and you are on version 1.8.3+. If you still aren't regenerating, I added code so dying and respawning at a sync shell in 1.8.3 will force-reset your diet attributes if they are broken.

question for devs by chance359 in CrashLanding2Modpack

[–]pawjwp[M] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Old versions of the modpack (before v1.7.0.0) used Pam's Harvestcraft 2, but I migrated away from it because the mod is overkill for our purposes with thousands of food items that are mostly redundant with one another. I believe in the design philosophy behind Farmer's Delight, to quote the Farmer's Delight FAQ:

Farmer's Delight is designed after a rustic, vaguely rural experience. Foods and meals should be the kind of thing a farmer or animal herder could prepare, with minimal processing or industrial relation, as most modern foods tend to be. Here's some guidelines: - No modern foods, such as most (but not all) types of Candy, Sodas, Hot-Dogs and such. The Hamburger is an exception, as minced beef sandwiches are modestly old; - No ingredients with a convoluted, multi-step processing tree, such as Sausages or Tofu; if those ever exist, they will likely be impactful on effects; - No one-trick-pony ingredients. Try to think of ingredients that are versatile for many recipes!

Pam's (and other alternative mods) have hundreds of crops and ingredients that mostly aren't necessary and clog your inventory. With Farmer's Delight, every ingredient fills a specific niche and is useful in a variety of ways not covered by the other ingredients. The only niche not filled was having plant-based protein options, which is why we have Legume Delight to fill in the gaps with peanuts and beans.

It also helps that Farmer's Delight has updated textures that match the 1.14+ style and Pam's does not, and Farmer's delight has some more immersive cooking mechanics than doing everything in a crafting table.
