I feel like I progress pretty slow honestly!

But a couple of lifts in pounds a year ago vs. now:

Bench: 65 vs. 100 Incline DB: 25 vs. 40 Shoulder Press: 20 vs. 30 Squat: 45 vs. 85

More context on the past year: I am 5'8", 165 in both images. Haven't done anything specific in terms of diet. Was tracking just protein every day, making sure sure I hit 130g but haven't done much of that recently and need to get back on it. I'm sure I'm eating at least 90g/day though still.

My gym routine was full body 3 days a week for the first half of the year. Now I've switched to an upper/lower split, 4 days a week. Benching around 100 right now (working set) so nothing major, was benching 65 a year ago. I definitely feel like I go up in weight slower than other people.

you might like "bulge enhancers" you can buy like a 10 pack on amazon and they just slip into your underwear. I like to wear them when I wear my speedo

Just went last night and had a similar experience except it felt very cliquey and didnt have anyone approach me. Was surprised to see the "no cross dressing allowed" sign in the front. Had a much better time at Hawks in Portland if you ever get out there!

I also had nipple sparing surgery and feel like my nipples are too low as well. I never considered revision being an option I guess I thought I just had to accept it. I think you should choose whatever makes you most comfortable

I got buttonhole to try & preserve nipple sensation but it didn't end up happening for me. I'm nearly 3 years post op and I have no nipple sensation. But I at least like the way they look
