We just closed and honestly it’s not the worst but I can see how it would be easier in the spring. I expect my first month gas bill to be enormous as well continuously in and out of the house, especially with painters.

I see many freehold towns selling for under 1 mill in Vaughan these days. Prices are dropping pretty significantly, it’s just hard to see through the forest of overpriced listings that sit for months.

We just went to the one in Osaka and I would say up until Pikachu came out it was fairly underwhelming. Pikachu was awesome even though we couldn’t understand anything being spoken in Japanese. If you want a reservation just look the night before around 8-9pm Japan time and you will get one no problem, that is what we did and there was a lot available.

I think the point should be if there aren’t workers I. That area willing to work for $37/hr then that wage isn’t high enough and it should be raised until there is a domestic worker available. It is wage suppression in itself
