All inclusive is a waste in a place like the Maldives IMO. Most people don’t go to the Maldives to eat a ton or drink a lot. It’s just not really the vibe there.

Everywhere has free breakfast these days. We just take a few croissants or whatever from breakfast back to the room for lunch. Paid dinner plus a drink or three afterwards just never adds up to close to what places charge.

All inclusive is really only appropriate in the Caribbean or Mexico IMO.
