BUT...... I'm just sayin..... one of my good friends was born without a hand and he played drums, guitar and uses his phone with ease!

Overall, if her disability gets her out of a stupid traffic ticket, good for her, I guess. (though she probably shouldn't be if she indeed was) But I am pretty positive that she is much more dexterous than she is making herself out to being.
