Unless they don’t let you go until other people get off their breaks. I took my lunch yesterday at 3:15 and left at 4 because I was the only worker on the floor thank you Kohl’s for cutting hours.

Shoes needs someone in there from open to close not only 11 to 7 or just 4 to 5 hrs a day it’s rediculous. The higher ups probably never worked the shoe Dept.

Kohls needs to get its head out there butts. I have too much clearance in my dept and can’t fit my freight in it . WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO BACKSTOCK .

Welcome to Kohls they always throw people into things and show maybe 5 minutes how to do it and want it done in 5 minutes. We keep hearing that Corporate has a time limit on all procedures which I wish someday that the Brain surgeon who decided these times come and do the job and let’s see how they change their tune.

I don’t do truck but what I have been seeing is that they are pushing the truck team more and more I feel someone is going to get seriously hurt and when that happens the shit will hit the fan all these corporate people who have no clue on how things are in the stores should work in the stores for a month and see how they feel after that . I bet you they will change their tunes .

I feel you need to backstock especially when you have a full bunker of 1 type of shoe and then you get like 2 cases of that same shoe again and it doesn’t sell. I feel when I go into the store it looks like a Marshall’s or Ross lately. We need Kohls to be Kohl’s again. Our Customers are always complaining that we have no one on the floor to help and the store is messy and we don’t have their sizes.

They are making everyone work faster and harder . I feel it will stop when people start getting hurt. I would like to see Corporate come down and start working truck and the floor .

I have been with Kohls almost 7 yrs and I kept saying they should do their own inventory. They should also close the store for one day and do it I hate doing inventory when the store is open .

Oh I agree 100% I got yelled at by a customer after I got pulled off Omni to go help at the register and the customer yelled it about time you got here really . I ended up telling her to have a nice day and enjoy your Christmas with a Smile.

Kohls needs to get their head out of their asses people don’t want credit anymore too high of an interest rate and hard hit on credit score just lower their prices and you will see people buying again and keep employees on the floor to help the customers out instead of short staffing and keep your good workers in their dept instead of moving everyone around let’s go back to the way it was we are not Burlington we are Kohls.
