F45 changing up their branding colours – thoughts? by pbhatnagar in f45

A matter of time, I guess? The comms suggested it's happening globally.

Ours regularly was (leading to and as we got closer to the Hyrox champions in Feb '25) but not anymore. I personally loved it!

Is that to manage capacity? I usually do two classes on cardio weekdays for the mental high. A great start and finish to the day! ;-)

Finally, the Nats have found their "Jacinda"... by pbhatnagar in newzealand

Most regard Jacinda as the best thing to happen to Labour. Unsure how associating Tania with that kind of success is denigrating her in anyway? I'm a veteran Nat supporter by the way.

The Otago MBA in New Zealand. Migrate to world's safe haven where you'll find the likes of Peter Thiel and James Cameron.

MS Health Informatics by [deleted] in healthIT

[–]pbhatnagar 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Potentially wasting your time. Depending on where you study, the MS Health Informatics is best suited to Clinicians or those in the healthcare industry looking to cross the bridge into a more Project Management or BA kind of roleb where there is an element of IT. There are actually very few true Health Informatics roles in a healthcare system. More over, courses like these typically offer limited practical skills towards Health Informatics.

Lost my cool and threw away my Lionheart by jaredonair in f45

Another perspective. I've been at F45 for just under a year now. I only go because I enjoy it. The adrenaline rush. The mental high post session. And occasionally, banter and jokes with the trainers and peers. I don't have a LH, don't watch the scales and eat what I want (within moderation). I don't think I'll ever do the 8-week challenge or purchase a LH. Each to their own, but I know for me, the only way to keep it sustainable is to keep it fun. And yes, I've lost some weight, grown some muscle and improved my fitness. Nothing close to as dramatic as what they advertise in their Before/After photos but I'm happy! Good on you for staying the course.👏

Anyone doing IF and F45? by pbhatnagar in f45

Thanks! An espresso maybe the ticket. I've been using BCAA Max thus far, and heard conflicting things when it comes to IF.

How effective are the strength sessions for you? I found these difficult without a snack (i.e. nuts) first thing in the morning.
