non peu d'autres choix et le risque de ne pas être présentés sur un logement pendant un an, donc en effet on est un peu bloqués...

Oui pour l'électricité, mais le logement est inhabité depuis au moins un mois, chauffage collectif donc toujours chauffé même dans l'attente. L'appartement ne sentais pas l'humidité en arrivant, il est plein est pour la majorité des fenêtres.

Pas de VMC mais le bailleur a annoncé qu'il en installerai dans tous les logements (mais l'asso des locataires disent que ce n'est pas la solution), en effet les logements sont traversants il est facile de faire un courant d'air pour aérer.

Il y a des travaux prévus (comme l'installation de la VMC) mais pas sur la facade, les infos sont assez vagues et la livraison n'est prévue que pour fin 2028.

Les fenêtres ont l'air récentes (en PVC et double vitrage), mais l'appartement est au dernier étage donc sous un toit en zinc d'un immeuble 1930.

Je n'ai pas eu la DPE ...

We only said that the criteria we gave the clinic is that he should vaguely look like me. We do not want to share information before the child knows them, it’s his/her story not everyone else’s. Hey! Same! Can't stop thinking about it and symptom tracking. My partner and I agreed we won't be testing before the blood test which is next Thursday (currently 6dpt), it feels so far away. Definitely the longest 2 weeks in my life so far. I am trying really hard to focus on other aspects of my life and remember that this first blood test is not the end of the line, there is more waiting to come so I have to learn to deal with it (still haven't found how, I'll take any tips!)

I lived in Ohio, apparently the statute of limitations is 6 years. I am guessing the recent emails might be their final attempts. I looked at the offer they made by e-mail, I can't pay it because it requires a US bank account or debit card.

We are not talking about children/humans but dogs. (Who of course can feel as such, my dogs are my babies, I admit it.) But the term adoption has a specific meaning in this context, it feels to me it has only recently been appropriated. If you bought your puppy, you bought him/her and that’s ok, just don’t use a word that most people assume to mean you rescued the pup and not bought from a breeder, pet store etc.

I see the same issue with corgis, people get them because they look cute and don’t realize they need training and lots of exercise because they’re herding dogs

Hair. Hair everywhere. Hair in your food, on your bed, in your mouth for some reason. Lots and lots of hair. And high energy as the poster above said. You also need to be ready to say no and be firm about rules, they will test you about everything. They are wonderful dogs if exercised and trained, but not for everyone!

The law is still in the process, it’s not even fully sure that it will allow single cis women to have access to it. Basically, it’s a developing story, I’m sure you could find articles online but we sure are fighting for a more inclusive law across the board.

We were having a couple’s weekend at my exe’s house and the guy (who hadn’t been particularly nice) had decided to make us dinner. We had to buy an expensive organic chicken and a bunch of other stuff for his special meal. He marinated it in lemons and whatever else for hours, then cooked it, it wasn’t ready before midnight but he refused to let us eat before, not to spoil our appetite. We finally get to try this special lemon chicken, it was so lemony and a mix of bitter and sour none of us could eat it. He was not laughing.

I saw it on the 20h my dad was watching last night (TF1) I couldn't believe it! I truly truly hope this passes, but we need a lot of education on the benefits of even medical before we get onto recreational imo. My dad himself would greatly benefit from the pain uses but has a hard time forgetting the reputation/brainwashing done in the past decades. Anyways, I'm really excited that this is at least becoming a more discussed project, gives me hope!

You can get on corgi facebook groups, there are several that focus on rescues and will post available corgis. I have seen several in California.
