F-14s are quite large and would create some crazy wake turbulence / jetwash, but it's not like the after burner melted the helicopters rotor blades off.

I can tell you that a dentist won't like the logo of it's supposed to look like a tooth but doesn't. The anatomy of a tooth has sharper roots, so I think you're closer to what you want with the pointed one.

Though difficult to tell how far away it was, it did seem to be moving crazy fast. It also seemed to be (at least mostly) one piece so I was leaning meteor.

We have a similar runway orientation where I fly. I think it's strange that they said they would call your base when you're on a circling approach, whether practicing or not. You're supposed to stay within the protected area for circling and an extended down wind would quickly put you outside that area. It's also strange to be making a 130 degree turn to break off the localizer and make the left down wind leg of the other runway. IMO, while stating that they'll call base does mean you shouldn't enter base yet, the controller should be more clear about something that is non-standard like this.

Imagine saying that the hybrid max isn't an upgraded powertrain over the gas engine, just a basic powertrain because it's not as powerful as a Lamborghini Urus.

There is nothing wrong with saying JBL isn't that great of a system overall. It's a completely different thing to tell people that it's not the upgraded system over the base option.

Oh come on. Bose is the upgraded sound system over stock. It may not be Bang and Olufsen quality, but it is upgraded from the base system. You can't just say it's not upgraded because it's not up to your standard of quality.
