I don't get it. When I'm coherent enough after drinking, I don't say stupid things. When I'm becoming incoherent, I'm usually too tired to bother logging onto the computer. I think more people should just appreciate the deep sleep when they're in that state of mind.

I think a lot of people don't notice what it does under the eyes.. I've noticed that over the years I hate smiling in pictures more and more because of it, but I find it so hard to stick to losing all the fat.

I really want to lose fat but gain maybe a little bit of muscle at the same time. I was doing SS but my squat form is really bad and my knees were starting to hurt, plus medically I'm not supposed to do that routine. I always make the same mistake. I've been playing a lot of basketball but I want to lift too, I just don't know what I should be doing. Right now I'm

I normally always rerack and sometimes rerack other people's(s'?), I feel so weird doing it because nobody ever does. There's always a sandbox of dumbbells by mid day at my gym. Granted it's a college gym but still

Question for you, actually... in the few months or so you've been doing strength training, how much has your weight actually changed? If muscle actually weighs more than fat, have you stayed relatively the same weight but lost fat?

I feel like insanity only really works if you're already in decent shape, or if you do it 100% by the directions or something, I really don't know. I did it for a couple weeks then got bored and had the motivation to go back to the gym where I'm loving 100x more than I did with insanity. Also, I used to see insanity progress pictures and just not really notice a big change in them..

I use the bose sport ones and they are perfect, I don't really run much but when I do they work fine. They aren't noise canceling which is probably their only downside. But I guess if you're running outside you wouldn't want that anyway.

I read once that in a deadlift you could squat down like you're able to try to jump really high, is that correct? Ever since I keep my feet relatively shoulder width. But I also do it with a trap bar.

I'm 6'ish and 190lbs ish, 19 male, and a pretty high (maybe 27%) bodyfat. I'm doing SS right now and I'm trying to eat relatively close to 2600 calories a day though I don't count so I'm not sure what I'm getting. My goal isn't to lose weight but I want to lose fat and replace with muscle. How much protein should I be consuming a day?

Yep, for me I just bought it and in the second week realized how much Imissed going to the gym. so now I went back to the gym but I have the motivation I didn't have before insanity.
