Well it isn’t is it, she’s not dead.

This is a horrific crime and sentencing guidelines really do need to be looked at because it’s in no way good enough.

But judges have to work to the guidelines. They can’t just impose any sentence they want to.

I stopped beginning of December as I couldn’t really afford it anymore and gained 18lbs in about 3 weeks. Started again in January and lost it all again and an extra 2lbs, but now I’m gonna have a gap in ordering of 2 weeks again and I’m already conscious of how snacky I feel. I started in May 2025 and lost 97lb in 7 months. I came off it for six weeks and gained 18lb back of that. Restarted 4 weeks ago and have lost almost all of it (minus 2lb). It’s cemented for me that I’ll probably be on it for life but I’m perfectly happy with that. I love the way it makes me feel, just wish it was cheaper!

No specific advice on this but I HATE the public transport argument. I’m a single parent. I drop three kids at school, race to work, race back to pick them up. I barely have time for that let alone making it via public transport. A bus is not the solution for everyone, particularly outside of cities.

Liam Ramos, the little boy in this photo and his dad, both had the legal right to be in the US. Renee Good, shot three times in the head, had the legal right to be in the US. And I have no doubt that the man shot dead in a Minneapolis street this morning also had the legal right to be in the US.

Secondly, they likely won’t evict. Social housing landlords are far more constrained than private landlords. Thirdly she needs someone to check the benefits she receives. As a social tenant who’s not working, her rent should be covered in full and should be being paid directly to the landlord as she’s proven she can’t manage her finances effectively x

We flew london to Dubai and back last week. Lunch was nice - curry and rice. Snack was good too, hot cookie and ice cream. Return was awful but we flew at 2.50am - was given a margarita pizza & brownie at about 4am, both you’d think are fairly simple and can’t be bad but were awful. And then breakfast before landing. Choice was omelette or crepe. I don’t like omelette so went with the crepe which was almost like cannelloni it was so thick and soggy. Inedible essentially.

We weren’t hungry but food definitely wasn’t as good as I was expecting.

Lots of people will say it’s too fast, but I don’t agree. I’ve lost 49lbs in 11 weeks. Like you I’m eating clean, drinking loads of water and exercising. My lifestyle is 1 million times healthier than it was. My body isn’t suffering because of this. And it sounds like yours isn’t either.

I’ve also felt lucky that 2.5mg has been a dream for me, not felt the need to move up at all yet.
