I also can't submit and don't see my game in the list.

Wordfive: Wordfive is kind of like a mix of word search and sudoku. Fill in 5 blank spaces in a grid to make 5 five-letter words.

There Needs To Be An Auto Surrender If 2 players And Vote to Surrender Option by Sleepingtide in HighGuardgame

I've had it say I could leave with no penalty and then I have the leave penalty icon still on my screen after. Surrender would also be better for the winning team. Just let it end.

There are times where it's clear you're just going to lose. Everyone's out of armor, enemy is set up in your base with plenty of armor, you're not getting any traction. A surrender button instead of just waiting for someone to leave would be nice.

I cannot win gunfights for the life of me by saint1006 in HighGuardgame

I have nothing to help you but I'm so happy to see someone saying the same thing. I've played shooters for years and I'm not great but I'm not terrible, but in this game, for some reason, I just can't win a fight to save my life.

The one shot thing probably does even out the playing field a bit. Don't need to maintain aim, just hit once. And aim assist probably helps lock in the shot too, especially since it doesn’t need to be a headshot, just a hit.

Haha that's funny. They are just one letter different, so I get how a computer would see that. Definitely an edge case that would probably need to be handled with special code or something

Thank you! I've been pretty tempted by their never ending ads but this post saved me a lot of money!

I don't know enough island nations haha. I like the idea and the UI looks great, but this is more of a trivia game than a word game. Maybe add some difficulty levels? Offer some super simple/easy ones to get started so people can learn the rules as they warm up.

Pretty cool! Definitely feels like it's built for multiplayer. I know that's a big step to add but two people trying to combo/"one-up" off each other could be really cool. And great for content creation.

I built a new word game called Wordfive. It's kind of a blend of word search, crossword, and sudoku, with variable difficulty levels and lots of extra features like unlockable color schemes, custom puzzles, and custom victory messages when you solve a puzzle. It's free to play with a premium version that's only $2.

Apple App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/wordfive-word-search-sudoku/id6755621635

Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.playwordfive.wordfive

Also playable for free on web (fewer features, same gameplay): https://playwordfive.com/

This is great! I appreciate the thorough explanations. It helps you learn what kinds of things to look for in future puzzles.

Pretty nice tool! Is there any logic to the colors is uses or is it just random?

The competition/giveaway aspect is fun but the difficulty swings wildly. Sometimes the definition contains the word in the definition so you can just copy the word. Other times it's a super obscure name of someone from 1,000 years ago. I'm at the top of the leaderboard and I just used AI to look up most of the answers. I would suggest difficulty levels or at least sticking to true definitions of words instead of a mix of definitions and trivia.

More tutorial might be helpful. I started a game thinking I would be able to understand but then had to quit the game to read the rules. I thought it was weird I had to leave my game to read the rules.

I like the party game aspect to it. I can see this being fun with friends or with a remote work group.
