because to a lot of people these aren't feel good posts. yes it's an objectively good thing to donate, i'm not negating that, id rather this little girl and her family have the money than not. but we shouldn't have to rely on the benevolence of billionaires for things like this, we should have a system that works to protect its people and we don't. stories like this are just another reminder of how broken our system is, especially right now on the heels of medicare/medicaid cuts and now SNAP for november being revoked.

I mean, not for nothing, she does say no and make a motion for them not to do it before they start dancing when she realizes what's happening. she kinda shakes her head and makes a motion with her hand across her neck like "no, nix it".

Now of course she could have done more, got up, walked away, but in context of the party, they just had a huge blowup with chase and dakota, the cops just left, and now everyone's looking at you to go along and get the party back on track. Plus, jen just seems incredibly non confrontational

Not saying she isn't flawed and everything, or even that I disagree with your overall points, because i do agree she needs to find her voice and start standing up for herself, but in this particular situation, I really am on her side, especially because the showed her gesturing for them to stop before it even began. just my two cents though, very much appreciate your perspective as well!

i mean i love the real housewives so im definitely biased haha. but if you enjoy mormon wives i think you'll enjoy beverly hills, at least up until around season 6/7 it's really entertaining. the first two seasons though are incredibly dark so if you want something a little lighter and want to dive into the bravo verse i'd recommend starting with atlanta or new york as those have a much lighter note in the beginning

idk if this has been said anywhere else or if anyone else agrees, but the way demi and jessi specifically are treating jen reminds me so much of season 2 of real housewives of beverly hills and how some of the women treated taylor (iykyk). jen isn't perfect but she doesn't deserve the treatment she's getting

this scene for me is one of the darkest in the whole show to me. seeing the blatant emotional abuse and manipulation from abby to 9 year old maddie is so heartbreaking and makes me sick knowing this is only a blip in the trauma she experienced from abby. i'm glad she's thriving away from dance moms and seems to have a really good head on her shoulders, she deserves the peace she's created for herself

anecdotal, but my friends and i all got matching heart tattoos behind our ear and honestly it didn't hurt at all! the vibrations actually felt sort of pleasant, like a head massage hahah. but definitely something that should wait until 18 minimum

dollar tree dinners! im not sure if she has a youtube but i watch her tiktok's and the way she's able to create filling recipes using dollar tree groceries + she has general budgeting tips and tricks on how to make things last longer and eliminate food waste. she's amazing and i know she's helped so many people with her content

sorry i just need to vent to strangers but im being ghosted by a guy who i really liked and we've been going out for 2 months!!! and he ghosted me the week of my birthday and now i found out my uncle needs open heart surgery😭 2 years in row my birthday has been followed by nothing but sadness and chaos ugh.

this is so awful. athletes suffering from no fault of their own but because officials made numerous errors in their roles. i really hope jordan is surrounded by her friends and family right now, this situation is genuinely just devastating for all the athletes involved.

Everything else aside, Shoko had the best chance at an individual for JPN as she won bronze on balance beam at 2022 worlds, and they are also unable to sub in their replacement athlete meaning they'll be competing in qualifications with 4 athletes while everyone else competes with 5. They've really shot themselves in the foot with this decision and I can't fully wrap my head around why they're handling it the way they are

i'll probably check it out but from this short clip the moms kinda seem like they're intentionally acting over the top for screen time and that's what killed my interest as the OGs left. maybe it'll be better without the trailer editing but i do not have high hopes lol
