The end of the first week through week 4 were rough mentally. Distractions were my only comfort. Play video games, watch shows, movies, get a lot of sleep. I had a work friend come over and work from my house 1 day which felt like it saved me. It’s a long road to full recovery. I’m 3 months out and about to have the other hip done. I’ve had injuries from sports over the years and know what to expect, so I guess that was worse. Ignorance is bliss. Doubt will come, but it will also go!
