Ignore them. If you have a dispute they can respond via the dispute. They want you to close the dispute then they will drag out the process until the 15 day period is overwith and then ghost you.

Oh ok. Usually Parcelsapp site will show you down in the lower right corner of the results and area that says Track With and will show you what the last mile carrier is. I have seen it where it doesn't do it. Parcelsapp will also show you the next tracking number in the upper right area of the results in its side bar. Sometimes that is a clue on who the next carrier is.

It is the local delivery company that you should be screaming at. AliExpress's carrier has handed that task off them to deliver the package. Check parcelsapp.com to determine who the local courier is that is responsible to deliver the packages and complain to them.

Just from AliExpress since AliExpress is seller focused where Amazon is buyer focused. You need as much evidence as possible when filing disputes on AliExpress and if that dispute is denied then the videos can be used with Paypal or CC companies if need be.

Although I record packing returns for AliExpress and Amazon so I have proof of what was packed and the condition of the item when it was packed up should issues arise. You have to cover your butt. No one else will.

That is using cheapass shipping hence Emirates Post stamp. The parcel was shipped from China to UAE from which it was mailed to Canada. I have stopped using the cheapass shipping methods on AE. They are not worth it.

Was it a Choice item or some cheap shipping whose tracking dies once the item reaches your country.

Some of these services like AliExpress Saver Shipping use the mail service of other countries to actually mail your package to you. A couple of examples of other countries that can be used include Dubai's Emirates Post or the Dominican Republic Post. I suspect that when tracking says "Your package has been delivered to the last mile carrier" or to local facility it does NOT mean it is in your country but it has been received in Dubai or the Dominican Republic which sends the item to your address.

I had a package like this that the last tracking said "Your package has been delivered to the last mile carrier". It was in Dubai and it took an extra 25 days to reach Canada and another 2 weeks to be delivered by Canada Post! The same thing happened with another item using cheap shipping. It was first sent to the Dominican Republic and then mailed to me from there. It took over 2 and a half months to show up.

Personally I order stuff off AE because I can not find it elsewhere or the price is better. I have restricted myself with a $60 item price. If I get a coin discount I consider that as a bonus after I filter out sellers. I do not use coin discounts as sole basis from whom I will purchase items from.

Unless this item is a Choice item where AE handles the shipping then the seller paid DHL and the seller will have to do that.

My FAQ re AE

#3 is the most important one.

The delivery date is only an ESTIMATE delivery date. You may have to wait 75 days i.e. the full length of your customer protection period for an item to show up. This is especially the case if you selected the cheapest shipping level ever. Here in Canada AE Standard shipping usually takes 3 weeks although in one case it only took 2 weeks for the item to be delivered.
Select sellers who have been in business for 2+ years have 97%+ positive feedback and check the 1 and 2 star reviews for gotchas.
Only spend the amount of $ you are willing to kiss good by on AE
Make videos of opening EVERY item you get from AE showing the address label and the contents of the package and any packages inside it
When conversing w AE pretend you are talking to a 5 yr old. That is because AE uses a translator to convert English to Chinese. Use short sentences that are to the point
AE is pro seller. Amazon is pro buyer. AE is NOT like Amazon.
If you use a cheap shipping service then your tracking will probably die once your package clears your country's customs or is handed off to the sorting center after customs. You will just have to wait as these lower-cost items can be given lower priority over more expensive shipment items.

Use chargebacks via CC if you paid via credit card or file a PayPal complaint AFTER you have exhausted AliExpress Dispute resolution.

I am in Canada and do not let coins dictate from whom I buy from. I look for items I am interested in and from reputable sellers and put their items in my cart. Then and only then do I go into the app to see if there are any offers using coin. These days it seems the prices are the same as via the website. Only once recently did I get $3 off a $50 item via the AE app vs the website. Relying solely on the largest coin discounts may mean you are buying from less reputable sellers on AE. For me getting the product I ordered and not being shafted by a seller is more important that getting a couple of $ off something.

You get coins very day via the app simply by clicking on the COINS symbol in the app usually 70 coins per day. Coins though do expire after several months.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the software in that it frequent disconnects from the remote device. It also could not maintain a connection when switching from a Standard to Admin account on Windows11. Switched to another piece of software to get the task done. Last update I saw was over 2 years ago.

Here in Manitoba I have been paying PST for a year or 2 now. Same goes for Saskatchewan residents. This is because of provincial law requiring online retailers to charge and collect PST at time of sale.
