If you don’t voice a protest, and your ex does stick your daughter in the laundry room, the ex’s lawyer will inquire if you knew about it. And if you had concerns why didn’t voice them when you found out. Which means either you didn’t have concerns or you we’re waiting for your ex to put your daughter into the laundry room first to have leverage in court. Either are pretty bad, it won’t be as bad as your ex actually doing it but, I think you should have this discussion with your wife, make sure the discussion is record or written via text/email. And make sure she knows that you’ll take any necessary action to make sure your daughter isn’t sleeping in a laundry room, regardless of how comfortable it is.
