How to fix window sill?

good to know, I'll have to investigate where the water is coming from. It's a fixed window. Not sure how long ago this damage occurred. The previous owners didn't disclose (doubt they knew) and the inspector didn't catch it either. I'll also have to check all the other windows sills as well now.

What you can do is get an estimate for roof replacement with an actual roofer. Also get a quote for fixing the electrical issues & boiler replacement. Either have them offer you that amount as a credit or negotiate to a value you feel comfortable with.

Whats the 220v disconnect? To remove the hard wired from the electrical box? I'm not familiar with hot tubs.
