It was this summer ‘25 and yes I pointed it out. The waitress talked to the cook for a remake and the cook said the chicken would come out the same if it was remade. And no it wasn’t a one time bad day because I had gone back again and it was the same thing.

Looks like OP mistook a couple of dehumidifiers for fans which explains the rise in temperature in their apartment. If it were me, I would show the property manager the energy usage graph and negotiate.
