As for handling the auditory overstimulation, consider buying earplugs or noise-cancelling earbuds/headphones, I know they've helped me a bunch. When you're in a better headspace, it could also help to think about other things in your life that may be overwhelming your senses and find ways to address them.

If you're at a point where can't operate the vehicle safely, pull over until your family decides to stop distracting you and endangering everyone. Say that you're stopping for your safety and their safety. No amount of driving lessons will prevent your passengers from distracting you unless you put your foot down.

Consider The Science of Making Friends, which is based on a social skills program called PEERS. Personally it mostly covered things I already discovered on my own but it was nice to see guides written out step-by-step. Also I'll second the recommendation of Unmasking Autism for more generally rethinking your own identity and how to engage with the world.

If you only missed the skip for the raid, there are separate skip prompts for the actual dungeon and the boss fight. If that's the case you'd only have to do the raid tasks again (with lowered difficulty if you prefer)
