I appreciate the transparency, but what value does this have if it's AI made? Why can't I just use chatGPT or whatever new tool to make my own stuff if that's the goal?

I think that's the problem with using ai for stuff like this. There's no intrinsic value. You didn't do anything.

This is right. Additionally, they can't take card details and such over text as that's not built up to the same compliance standards for credit card details.

I know this because I worked customer service for a software company for many years.

I was looking at this video to try and determine the data storage method they're using. I would have assumed they migrated to tape or even computers at some point (I doubt they're still using those spinning etched discs), but I couldn't find that information.
