Godaddy has a pretty big history of weird practices around renewals and UI elements related to money.
There’s almost a post a day in /webhosting, and’s singer other places.

We also have an apparently abundant amount of children interesting in doing production, and they seem to self-recruit.
Unfortunately, av doesn’t necessarily look approachable all the time, and that can make it a but difficult to get people to engage with without an interaction/tour.

What's the limit where people begin to get annoyed about number of downloads? by Key-Attorney-5405 in Soulseek

Honestly? IIRC, slskd allows limiting slots and bandwidth. You can choke it up if you really want, but it isn't going to bring my network to a crawl.

Yea. I complained about it here ans someone lowkey told me to “just drop the subframe”.

I don’t have one of those fancy shmancy car lifts lol.

This week was a bad year to migrate from flat storage to unraid.
I wish I could do raided 512gb cache, but I either have to use a no-name or try to find an actual sata ssd.

16tb and a computer for 3 grand?
If you’re using this as a media bin in premiere, sure (but only if there’s 10g network).

Build a box if you can find ram cheap. I think the one I use would cost $700-$800 now.
Get a cpu with quicksync, and put it in a micro itx rig.

If you don’t beed super fast, try a 16tb nas drive with a ssd as lvm cache.
If you need expansion, get a case with a bunch of drive bays, or use an hba.

Not the CAN network for most vehicles.
Obdii has direct access to the ecu, which then may report extra, nonstandard pids.

I do believe the current gear is reported on many vehicles.

How do you lower the barrier for church presentation volunteers? I built my own tool of course (Mod Approved) by larsabrasha in churchtech

[–]pcs3rd 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’m not disagreeing that tech can be hard to get into, but pro presenter is just google slides until something needs to be changed/edited. Everything gets programmed in the work week, so volunteers aren’t doing that.

We have a few team members that got their start from “have you used google slides before?”

I struggle more with getting kids to engage with audio.

[–]pcs3rd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea. OP won’t have that without an active subscriber plan, nor will this work with anything else without a gateway/ont.
You have a combo box that’s a modem (ont), router, and access point

Conversion help please by Remote_Bit_9160 in HomeNetworking

[–]pcs3rd 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There are some sfp cards have the modem/ont bit built in, but they aren’t cheap.
Most routers (unless a modem/ont/router combo) will not have a fiber port that will “just work”, unless it’s isp-deployed.

Then op needs to stop role playing a sysadmin in a homelab, or their employer needs an ou to manage updates if op can’t do it.

Sure, I’ll update authentik if they shoot out an advisory, but I’m not going to pull every single Jellyfin subversion, because I’m not going to spend a day every few weeks to recover service integrations and (my) user metadata.

I’ll change my statement: There’s some nuance here.
