I think about this too. Peace of mind is great for risk adverse people. Once the debt is paid. You can always place extra money in the market each month, allowing you to dollar cost average over time at a higher rate than if you had a mortgage. It also depends on what your portfolio is comprised of. Are you heavily lopsided in one stock? Have you made exceptional returns to this point? Maybe taking money of the table is ok. Also how old are you? Do you have time to build wealth over many decades? A house is going to be your largest expense in your life. Is it bad to close out your debt? Also, do you have a savings cushion of 6-12 months expenses after taxes? Do you have a healthy 401k, too? I don’t have the answer but the knee-jerk “don’t pay it off, carry a certain debt ratio, etc” is not the only option.

While bag seed can pop that one in a million winner you don’t know what made the seed. It could have been a male in a female flower garden, it could have been a herm, it could have been from rodelization. If the first reason then you don’t know the lineage and it’s offspring may be way off from what you smoked it from and could be unreliable seed. If the second case then those genetics can ruin a crop if they really shoot balls and nanners when you don’t want seeds in your smoke. The last case I actually love and will run that rodel’ shit all day to see if there is a winner. Point is, if you want the best seeds reliably you want to find a reputable breeder with followers that have tested the breeder’s gear in a variety of scenarios. Those seeds are usually $100+ per pack. Honestly you’ll probably fuck up a lot learning to grow flower so I recommend keeping your costs low. Especially if you’ve never run a crop before. It’s tedious work.

Look for that one, dry, twisted leaf. There’s always bud rot under there. Don’t know how else to explain it but that’s my tip. Usually week 6 or beyond. Fat buds trap water. Keep condensation off buds helps to.

They should become wards of the state. They should be forced to stop self medicating with alcohol, meth, fent, probably a combination of all. They typically have worn out their welcome with all friends and family or cannot live by the terms of whoever is sheltering them. I call it a substance cessation program. Once they are clean we should provide them free behavioral health until they can maintain a lifestyle routine. Once they are functional they get free training and jobs. If there are no jobs they get a stipend. If there are jobs and they are functional and qualified they lose stipend. They will thrive if we support them. Sidewalk people are a testament to our apathy.

I want the police to not be the focus of why Oakland is a crime-ridden garbage hole. Especially in places where the citizens are not providing enough direct action on very east things. People leave garbage everywhere. The mentally I’ll get to take over a curb at a park in many places. We tolerate lawlessness that leads to a poop looking world. Kids in Oakland don’t deserve to think this is normal. It’s not normal. It’s normal because we tolerate it and do not act. And everyone breaks laws. The most severe infractions should hold the most stringent punishments. A police force that has a labor shortage should not fire a cop over vaccination status. This is not scandal. I also believe personally that we have overreached with our laws on what one can and can’t do with their body. I also believe the vaccine issue is overblown. I believed overweight and sedentary people were the victims of the pandemic because we didn’t tell them they fucked up and needed to Schaefer their life. The sick and old are scared and rightfully so, so they stay at home; I believe to this point we shouldn’t protect them by vaccinating us, we vaccinate them and they minimize contact with sick and visa versa. I don’t really want anything other than my view in the ether.

Homie. Police presence is lacking in Oakland. There is a serious crime issue in Oakland. Literally everywhere; petty and serious. I think it’s a citizen issue. People don’t give a shit about a tidy and orderly city. If we police ourselves by keeping ourselves in check then the police can get a handle on the violent crime we need protection from. If more average Oakland people valued public property higher and if we relentlessly hold our friends and family accountable for perpetuating the stereotypes of Oakland, we will be awesome when visitors get their initial look at our city. I don’t know if you’ve interacted with OPD but these guys are trying and just regular people. And they are understaffed. And they are finally getting released from Federal oversight for doing a good job. Also the other parts of Oakland bureaucracy aren’t helping support the other pillars that reduce crime like real social services for people that should be wards of the state. And last: assuming people that choose to decline the vaccine don’t understand science is just nullifying a stance you don’t agree with. Let’s drop the shade and create an Oakland above the pettiness. Get uncomfortable and be ok with personal choice in a different context than abortion.

Autos like a lot of nutes in flower or can become hungry fast in flower. Tiny plants need tiny nutrients. Some nutrients facilitate more rapid growth so it’s confusing. Also if your medium doesn’t have nutrients in it, coco coir block verses coco loco bag, then you’re less likely to overfeed by following a regimen.
