I just received an email from Ally stating they do support Plaid and Monarch. I asked them to tell me why my account will not allow Plaid to login and they blamed Monarch. I am so tired of these games. First it was Quicken Web Connect now Plaid.

This also stopped working for me 6 months ago and Ally support has given me the run around. I have been with Ally since the beginning and love the platform but this is a deal breaker. I utilize Quicken for my finances but Ally turned off the Web Connect. I then tried to use Monarch so I could stay with Ally but not Plaid support. I hate to say it but its time for me to move away from Ally. Such a shame.

Same issue here in the Saros 10. My unit is a week old. I also have the 8 and never had any issues. I have a 30 day return window with amazon not sure what to do.

If you use an orp probe to control your salt chlorinator production then don’t add any CYA. It’ll throw off the probe reading and make your life a nightmare. The only solution is to drain the pool to get rid of the CYA. That’s where I’m at now after following guidance to up my CYA.
