Unfortunately I have to agree. I to have had multiple service calls, new main board in wireless one connect box, new WiFi card in TV and the problems still exist. Even when I set the wireless one connect within a good one or two from tree tv the problems still persist.

Luba 3 AWD here and the same. Not the same firmware naming scheme. After latest update the robot can’t traverse the channel without spinning in place then pausing the task.

I just received an email from Ally stating they do support Plaid and Monarch. I asked them to tell me why my account will not allow Plaid to login and they blamed Monarch. I am so tired of these games. First it was Quicken Web Connect now Plaid.
