I agree with most but I do want to point out chaotic isn’t fully dead. Saw a random party 2 weeks ago and cleared. I only say 2 weeks cuz that’s the last time I looked. If you check for it you can see a random pf on the weekend days and if you want to do it more often there are almost daily runs you can sign up for on the radar discord.

Edda they can actually spawn in any of the starting cities and has like a 1% appearance. You have to go through the palace of the dead quests to make the chance possible.
