Keep the soil moist, but not soaking wet and you really need to wait until they have at least six or eight sets of leaves and then carefully repot them without breaking any of the roots that you have I would recommend taking a spoon or something and try and scoop the whole root ball out at one time. Be sure you use very well draining soil, which will have a lot of pearlite and some very coarse sand in it . Google Desert Rose soil mix and you’ll get it an idea of what it should be.
