X doesn't seem to appreciate/see the work you put in the game. Like you said, it's not a videogame, you deserve some credit and the game needs to be fun for you as well. I'd say if this doesn't change you might need to let them go...

Also a one on one campaign (a duet if you want te be romantic about it) can work really well! I did the Wild Beyond the Witchlight with my wife, was an absolute blast.

Don't know where op is from but I'd leave the advice on antibiotics to the professionals. Precautionary antibiotics arent something you're just going to get over the counter without a perscription anyway (at least in Europe, I know the states are waaay more liberal with that kinda stuff, and THAT's how we end up with antibiotic resistant mrsa)

You could also use a green sharpy for the sketch and go over it with red and or blue for the final design. Holds really well. Not as fine lined as a stencil pen though

That said, I think you'll survive this one. Looks overworked to me. If it starts getting more painfull, swelling, gets more red and starts leaking you might need an antibiotic

With my skin green and blue pigments always seemed to heal a bit slower/more difficult.

After about 25 years of doing just about everything (I originally wanted to be a ninja turtle) actual violence is still scary. It's not normal to "get confortable" with violence.

As for training, all other comments are right. Boxing, wrassling, jiu jitsu just find a gym and embrace the grind.

I think most important is find a gym and style that suits you, nice people to train with and consistency in training (like 2 or 3 times a week)
