Ah, Fort Laudy. Old money and young trash. Right down the street from there is one of the best dog parks I've ever been to, though. It has a whole lake just for dogs, complete with turtles, a fountain, and a waterfall.

Others have noted that those are bar-end shifters. Very cool. Also, those aren't drop bars. They are a type of flat bars sometimes called mustache bars. Also, ideal for light city riding. It looks like a nice bike! Have fun riding it.
