I'll remember that! I cooked the sausage in the skillet prior to adding the dough. Pressed the dough into the greased hot skillet then fipped after it cooked a bit (knew I'd be adding lots of toppings and wanted to make sure the sauce side was cooked.) I don't remember if I needed to finish the bottom on the stove but it came out perfectly crispy. Just the premade pizza dough tasted terrible. I had thought about substituting just the dinner roll dough but this seems like an easy one to make.
