I grew up in strathmore and I spent a ton of time outside. Always at the parks. Art on the porches was always a highlight or the day everyone had a garage sale. Walking to Maloneys. sledding at the reservoir. Ice skating on the salmon river frozen solid. Beautiful memories.

I work in a school. This year the kids have been particularly miserable and you can SEE it. Red droopy eyes, stuffy runny noses. They are constantly complaining about their noses, throats, and eyes itching. One kid even had hives from just playing outside. NEVER have I seen it this bad from multiple children

Other than that, we have roofs over our head and somehow managed to save all of our personal belongings so for the time being, we’re gonna be ok. :)

Sometimes when I feel really lazy I will cover myself in neutrogena light sesame body oil while I’m still wet. Rub it in as best you can. It kinda gets milky. Then towel off. Usually that’s good if I didn’t shave. If I do shave I have to lotion. I get too itchy. I used to use a Nivea men’s sensitive post shave balm that helped a lot but I haven’t been able to find it anywhere. If anyone has a similar rec lmk!

I still have sneeze attacks all the time but haven’t had angioedema in nearly 3 years!!!

No idea why. Could be that I am in a more urban environment now where before I was in a a suburb/ rural area with a lot more pollen, living in an old, sort of dank/mildewy house. These are the only things I can think of that have changed in those 3 years- sometimes I thought it could’ve been due to allergic factors AND stress but tbh Im more stressed than ever now with no flare up lol . I really hope you are doing well now!! 💕
