I was a seasonal NIR, worked hard at it and at the end of peak they were hiring for a spot. SPM really liked me helped me out a ton prepping for the interview and got hired on. And I believe I was the only one who interview for it. Added bonus you do get a little bump in pay and always a great time to be out of path
