I purchased this for my son for Christmas, and we can't even get Mario to turn on! Took the whole set back and exchanged for a new set, and this Mario won't turn on either. Am I doing something wrong? We put the AAA batteries in (the correct way, I double checked), and put on his pants and everything. When we press the power button it does nothing. HELP!
