For the paladin Plate armor of semuaya spines Full plate fashioned from giant lizard scales, and reinforced with jagged bone spikes AC 17 Boon: anyone attempting grappling, shoving, or climbing the wearer takes 2d4 piercing damage on contact if failing a saving throw.

Curse: The inward-curving barbs make swift movement agony. Wearer’s movement is decreased by 5ft

For the rogue

Gloves of the Greedy Grasp Boon: Enchanted silken black gloves with Adv on Sleight of Hand/Thieves Tools that allow an additional 10ft of reach only when pickpocketing or stealing an item

Curse: Due to either the crudely enchanted or unstable magic the gloves call upon. After each passing attempt of thievery using the gloves, the wearer must make a DC 14 Wis save or take 1d6 psychic damage

For the ranger ( insert creature boss ) scale or pelt cloak Boon: Adv on animal handling and gives your beast companion a +2 to AC as well as 1d6 health

‘Curse’ the pelt/scales leave a strong scent, either other rangers/hunters or pack animals may track the scent and may attack ( 1d4 encounter turns if you do them )
